If you upgraded to the tenant database and still do not have access to the tenant matches, please make sure you have are not confusing this service with upgrading your listing to premium. The tenant database and premium listing are separate services.

The tenant database gives you access to our database of potentail tenants, where as the premium listing gives you access to email your premium hits, and makes your contact information free for all potential tenants.
