You can cancel a credit report and add the report back to report balance. Credit reports are available for any tenant, at any time. For this reason when you have purchased a credit report it is not refundable.

Therefore, if you have decided on a different tenant or do not wish to run the report at this time click the cancel link. As soon as you have another tenant you will be able to click on “Run a Credit Report” and send a request to a new tenant.
