Premium listings are highlighted with color, have preferred placement in the search results and have an active links to your personal website. An upgraded Premium Listing gives you direct access to email your premium hits. Premium hits are direct requests for your contact information made by potential tenants. These direct requests are delivered to you in your mail center as premium hits.

Standard listings get less exposure, require users to be full registered members, and you will have no access to your valuable premium hits
