This was the best rental experience I have ever had! Working with Frank was a breeze. He made everything so easy. He is easy to reach and quick to respond. The condo on Woodlake Wynde is completely charming. Its beautiful and comfortable! It is equipped with absolutely everything you would ever need. It is up to date and very clean! Its close to shopping, movies, airport AND its a quiet location, very safe. Over all, the best in every category.

Its a little too early to evaluate my experience with Landlord Frank. We have just begun the get acquainted stage of our business relationship. Thus far, it has been a good one.

BEST EXPERIENCE!!! FRANK COSTA WAS WONDERFUL TO WORK WITH!!! We recently put our house up for sale and sold it fast...having to be out in three weeks with no where to go! We needed something clean, furnished, convenient, in a safe neighborhood, and super quick! Frank saved the day. He met me over at his condos in Innsbrook, showed me the two that were available and let me chose which best fit our needs. He was an absolute pleasure to work with. He made everything so easy, from the flexibility of the move in to the process a few months later of moving out. And with the craziness of selling a home, packing, and trying to find another home to buy...I really appreciated everything he did to make this part so simple. An excellent value for the money. I cant say enough good things about Frank and his rental properties. I would highly recommend!

Lanlord is GREAT! Nice, polite, calls you right away if there is an issue. If problem arises, he takes care of it right away. Place is very nice and clean. Nice furniture. Lived there a year, and didnt want to leave. You will enjoy. People on complex are helpful and nice. Security on site. Pool and clubhhouse is nice and well kept. Complex and neighbors are quiet and nice! Landlord gets an excellent rating from us!
