Please see below; Ive been getting many requests for clarification.

- I cannot offer pro-rated payment, only 2 or 3 months for the summer.
- Only 1 or 2 are permitted to stay in the apartment.
- The extra fee would be for electricity and gas (~50 per month), cleaning (140 per cleaning X 2 per month), and the Internet and GoogleTV.
- There will be a sublet agreement and an application for occupancy with the building.
- No pets nor new furniture will be allowed as the place is nicely furnished, and I would like to keep it that way.
- Im flexible on moving-in and move-out dates.
