Landlord Response:
I told the tenant she needs to contact the landlord who her security was sent to. I have given her the contact information and am told she has still not contacted them.

I gave Mr. Nakesh an application and certified bank check to only be deposited pending my approval. I decided not to rent and found my security was deposited, even though I never completed the application process, was not approved, and did not even sent copies of my identification. I told him a week before it was deposited I was not interested and it was deposited anyway. I still have not received my security back and cannot find another apartment when my money is being held.

Sam was very professional in describing the apt he had for rent. He even went beyond, explaining the elec and cable would need to be transferred to my name if I rented and aprox costs. Kudos to Sam.
