Our charming, sunny and comfortable apartment is ideal for professionals and serious students, located in a typical middle class neighborhood, almost in the center of Athens.
It is 71 m2 (764 sq.f.) on the 3rd floor of a family building that keeps high security standards, and has a balcony on the main street. Each floor has only two apartments.
It is close to AUEB, NTUA (28th October/Patission str.), 10 walk from the train/metro and 1 stations of the ground transportation major network (trolley bus/blue bus). Bus line No 608 in particular, goes straight to the NTUA and Kapodistrian University Campus in the Zografou area. Besides transportation, walking to AUEB, NTUA or the Archaeological Museum, is less than half an hour, through the shopping/ commercial Patission street. Fokionos Negri, a multicultural and enjoyable tree lined area with many cafes, restaurants, and fast-food places is minutes away by foot.
As your host I am looking forward to making your stay a pleasant and relaxing experience and provide you with all the inside information of the city and the country! A note with all the relevant information for moving around is already posted in the apartment.

- The main bedroom is quite, to the back of the building. It has a queen size bed and two large built-in closets.
- The other bedroom has a full sized sofa bed that can be replaced with two twin beds upon request.
- There is also a crib and other baby amenities available if requested.
- The kitchen is fully equipped.
- There is a washing machine, a fan, a radiator, iron, ironing board, and all household amenities.
- Central heating with gas.
- Linen (bed sheets, towels, blankets) is provided.
- Free high speed Wi-Fi connection.
- Cleaning can be provided at an extra cost of 50 € per day used.
- There is flexibility to accommodate an extra person or rearrange the furniture upon prior agreement.
- There are super-markets, even specialty ones, pharmacies, and a number of various shops, almost across the street.
- Public transportation is very convenient, only a minute away, with a broad destination network.
- There are taverns around with delicious food and a network of food delivery at your door.

- As this is a family building we value “respect” to the neighbors and the property.
- We like keeping the flat and the common spaces very clean and tidy.
- Occupant is required to take good care of all amenities avoiding breakage, scratches, loss, misuse, etc.
- NO SMOKING INSIDE, please use only the balcony!
- NO PETS!
- NO parties and noise beyond hours!
- We do not permit kitchen utilities, towels, linens or any other items of amenities or furniture to be taken out of the apartment.
