I stayed here in 2016-2017 for four months when in NY for work. It was a great place to stay. The photos do not do the actual apt. justice. It was very clean, homey, and convenient to everything such as restaurants, nightlife, public transit, shopping, supermarkets, gym, etc., as well as to my office. The building was nice with very friendly and helpful staff. The internet speed was upgraded to a high-speed one while I was there. The landlords/renters were very accommodating for anything I needed. I would definitely stay there again if in NY.

Have stayed here 4 times and its been excellent every time. Great location (with views of Empire State Building from 15th floor) near Gramercy Park, nice apartment, good tv, great doormen/elevator guys. Have actually nothing bad to say about this apartment, if there is one thing that could be better it is the internet (which has only 0,5 Mbps which is approx what I had in Sweden in 1996...). But pretty much every bar in the neighbourhood has good WiFi so its not really a big issue. Otherwise everything is perfect

Great apt at 15th floor with excellent location (in Gramercy Park area close to Flatiron Building and other central areas). Views over Empire State Building is a very nice bonus. Doormen in the building makes it safe and they are very nice. Have stayed three times and I will be back for sure.

I stayed here in July and August 2014. It is a lovely, clean apartment and the landlords here are really great and very helpful. I highly recommend this place as a great option for anyone looking to stay in New York. The elevator guys are very friendly as well. Really though the greatest part about this apartment is the location. Its insanely good and right in the heart of Manhattan. Everything you could possibly need is a very short walk away.

I stayed here for 3 months in 2012 and will return again early next year.I cant say enough nice things about this place. You cant beat this apartment- fantastic location right near Gramercy. Landlords are really courteous and attentive. The apartment is well stocked, clean and pleasant. The building staff are a delight as well. I would recommend without hesitation.
