Renovated in early 2020 this apartment looks stunning! It has a private garden, picture-perfect luxury kitchen, two large bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The garden is all yours and includes a tree, flowers and a patio with grill and comfortable patio furniture. Each room is individually temperature controlled via ductless mini-split units. They work as heaters in the winter and air-conditioning in the summer. Free washers and dryers are ready for you in the basement.
Street parking is free and you will find a spot fairly easily.
The apartment is street level, so you dont have to climb any stairs. The street is quiet and residential so you dont have to be concerned about noise.
We welcome long-term stays with flexible extensions with 30 days notice. Please let us know if you are interested.
Brooklyn-Suites operates several beautiful apartments in Brooklyn. This is just one of our listings. Please let us know if you would like to see our other listings in the same building and other buildings in other parts of Brooklyn.
You will have access to the shared laundry room. We can also give you a mailbox with a key. If there is anything else you need for the apartment, please let us know. We aim to please!
We have a dedicated team of maintenance and cleaning people to make sure your apartment is clean and in top shape when you arrive. If there are any maintenance issues, we do our best to resolve them the same day.
Clinton Hill first seems quiet and residential, but dont be fooled! At closer inspection youll find small cafes, bars, shops and restaurants at every corner. Soon you will make friends with the owners. People are super friendly here and will make you feel at home right away.
In addition to the corner store across the street, find a string of larger food stores on nearby Fulton Street, which is five short blocks (ca. five minute walk) away. Choices include Met Supermarket, Mr.Melon for fresh produce, and many small cafes and specialty restaurants.
We are between the Franklin Avenue and the Clinton/Washington Ave C-train stations and near the Classon Ave G-train station. Take the C train (connects to the express A train) and be in Manhattan in about 20 minutes. The G train will take you to Park Slope or Williamsburg in about the same time. Several buses come to our neighborhood as well.
Street parking is free and very easy to find. Only on Sunday mornings, parking spots may be in moderate supply, because there is a church across the street and many people drive to services. Please observe opposite side of the street cleaning rules. This means that for about two hours twice a week, you can only park on one side of the street.

is recommended - a better quality coffee maker and a coffee grinder. But then Im a fanatic...
Upon my arrival, I discovered the kitchenette was stocked with all the items I have at home (and more!). The cleanliness was also noteworthy; even the floors were spotless (I take off my shoes at the door, and my socks were never soiled from walking on the floors.).
There were rarely any issues, but when one arose, Benjamin and Enrique (the super) exceeded my expectations in courtesy, graciousness, and responsiveness. Benjamin was always available and just a phone call away, no matter the time of day.
Benjamins and Enriques graciousness just served to highlight one of the best aspects of Brooklyn-Suites: The fact that it is a small business run by real, hard-working, and honest individuals. In this day and age, that is a true rarity, and although no one wants to encounter trouble in their apartment, be assured that should the need arise to call for assistance, you will be met with familiar faces and friendly responses.
I will be moving into another one of their apartments next month, and I look forward to spending another month at Brooklyn-Suites. Brooklyn-Suites has, by far, exceeded my expectations in every way, and I was very fortunate to have been able to secure a room (with Benjamins help, of course) on such short notice.
With the warmer months coming up, I recommend anyone interested in staying in one of these apartments to act fast. They will go, and they will go fast. And if you are lucky enough to secure one of these apartments, I hope your stay will be as fabulous as mine.
The apartment block resides in a quiet tree lined street just around the corner of the Brooklyn Fare supermarket as well as Sweet Little Cafe where the best hot chocolate can be found.
Now to the Brooklyn Suites: The building is 114 years old and is indicative of its age as with all the other buildings in the area. The studio apartment was perfect for a couple and is spotlessly clean with all the amenities that you require for any length of time. The stove and fridge are pristine and as an ex chef, I was impressed with the oven. I was able to comfortably prepare & cook hot meals with ease.
Any issues were resolved immediately by Benjamin who was ALWAYS contactable.
I highly recommend Brooklyn Suites especially if you want to avoid more expensive hotels, stay in local neighborhoods but have a clean professional experience.
